Insulators

Every treatment unit is equipped with one or more insulators. They support the electrodes. Different shape depending on the model.

Hints

Condensate drifting and dust deposits reduce the supports insulation and can cause short circuits. Every month clean the insulator with water and neutral soap. Remove any residual trace and dry well.
Also residual burnings may reduce insulation and can cause short circuits. Verify the presence of superficial burnings. In this case, remove them with emery cloth.
